Festival takes place at the county’s Red Soil Campus in Oregon City. Sponsored by the Clackamas County Equity\, Diversity\, and Inclusion Council\, the festival is a place for community groups\, cultural organizations\, and all peoples to come together in mutual respect\, collaboration\, and joy.
