Systemic Racism in Oregon Schools
Systemic racism is a topic that can often be misunderstood or cause discomfort. By defining it, we can begin to understand and move past the discomfort to change systems, and remove barriers for our students and their families. By engaging in discussion and learning, we can better understand historical context that still impacts how our education system operates today.
